Gas Safety Certificate London
Our team of certified Gas Safe (previously Corgi) engineers will inspect and certify your boiler for £80. If you elect to have a boiler service in the same visit then we will charge £150.
On completion of your annual gas safety check we will issue you with a Gas Safety Report and your Gas Safe Certificate which is then valid for 12 months. Remember: the Gas Safe Register is the only official list of gas engineers who are qualified and authorised to carry out this work.
Landlords Gas Safety Inspection & Certification
Since 1996 it has been a legal requirement for landlords who rent part, or all of a property, to have all gas appliances and pipe work checked and certified to prove that all gas appliances meet the gas safety standards. This exercise needs to be carried out annually.
No Call Out Charges
We will not charge to arrive at your premises and produce a quote.
