Mussie Imnetu, who was 41 and visiting the UK from Dubai where he lived and worked, was found unconscious with a head injury in Queensway, at around 11.20pm last Monday, August 26.
Cher Maximen, 32, died after being attacked at Notting Hill Carnival over the bank holiday weekend. Mussie Imnetu, 41, was fatally injured in a separate attack.
Detectives have launched murder investigations into both attacks, which have prompted demands to end the 58-year-old carnival, which has become increasingly difficult to manage.
